Contact details you give us: name, email address, telephone number and property address or postcode.

Property and energy information you give us: property type, roof orientation, current fuel and approximate energy spend, and the services you are interested in.

Survey records: photographs, measurements, meter details and notes taken during a site visit.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through our hosting and analytics providers.

To respond to enquiries, produce quotations and carry out surveys — this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

To design, install and maintain systems and to meet our obligations under that contract, including warranty and aftercare.

To comply with legal and scheme obligations, including certification bodies, grant schemes and building control notifications.

To send service updates, and — only where you have opted in — occasional marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Certification and scheme bodies where a registration or grant application requires it.

Manufacturers and finance providers where you have asked us to register a warranty or arrange finance.

Subcontracted engineers working on your job, limited to what they need to complete it.

IT suppliers who host our systems under written data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiries that do not become jobs: 24 months from last contact.

Completed jobs: 12 years from handover, so that warranty, certification and liability records remain available.

Marketing consents: until you withdraw them, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again in error.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing obligation to keep it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it.

We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
