Modern slavery statement

We design, install and maintain renewable energy systems, deliver IT and software services, and carry out property refurbishment and maintenance for clients across the United Kingdom. Our supply chain includes equipment manufacturers and distributors, subcontracted trades, labour agencies and materials suppliers.

We assess our highest risk areas as subcontracted labour on construction and installation sites, agency-supplied temporary labour, and the upstream manufacture of electrical components and raw materials.

Directly employed staff in the United Kingdom are assessed as low risk given our recruitment and payroll controls.

We operate a modern slavery policy, a whistleblowing policy that allows concerns to be raised confidentially, and a recruitment policy requiring right-to-work checks on every worker before they start.

We pay at or above the statutory minimum wage and do not charge workers recruitment fees.

Subcontractors and labour providers must confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as a condition of engagement.

Site supervisors check identity and right-to-work documents against the individuals present on site.

We review our main suppliers annually and ask for their own statements or equivalent assurances.

Managers, supervisors and anyone responsible for engaging labour receive training on recognising and reporting the indicators of modern slavery. Awareness material is included in site inductions.

This statement is made under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and was approved by the board of AT Group Ltd. It is reviewed annually.
